Surface Preparation & Coating Application
Appropriate preparation and paint system selection are crucial when painting metal surfaces and structures. Our experienced painting team uses methods such as hand preparation, blast cleaning and ultra-high pressure washing.
Using our in-house certified iCORR protective coatings inspectors and advanced Elcometer recording equipment, we are able to comply with both the client’s and manufacturer’s specification to ensure longevity of the applied coating. Surface preparation standards range from varying ‘ST’ hand and power tool cleaning to ‘SA’ abrasive blast cleaning.
Surface preparation, coating application, climate conditions and paint thicknesses are all monitored and recorded to ensure specifications are adhered to and met.

Line Marking
Line marking works are carried out on pavements, carparks, station platforms and industrial warehouses. Using our own trained technicians and specialist equipment, we can demarcate both internal and external areas to assist with parking and safety compliance, pedestrian management, create safe walkways, demarcation and signage. Our teams undertake these works either by hand or using the latest line marking spray machines. Using advanced, fast curing paint systems, we can ensure that the area can be utilised after application of the lines, within a short timescale.
