DOFF Services
DOFF cleaning, a heritage-endorsed method widely specified by architects in both small and large-scale projects, employs superheated water, low pressure, and minimal water volumes. This gentle yet efficient system removes paint, surface coatings, moss, algae, fungi, and dirt, aiding in the prevention of regrowth without harming the substrate. The use of low water and steam volumes promotes swift drying of the treated surface.
Beyond its cleaning capabilities, the DOFF system addresses issues related to substrate breathability. Removal of unsuitable exterior paints is crucial for preventing internal damp problems. For personalised guidance, we strongly recommend consulting with our experienced experts.
Notably, the DOFF system, guarantees no surface damage, making it an ideal choice for delicate surfaces like brick, stone, concrete, tiles, glazed tiles, wood, and terracotta. Moreover, it proves effective in removing paint layers on various substrates, particularly when paired with a paint softener, ensuring a faster and more comprehensive outcome.

TORC Services
The TORC system creates a gentle swirling vortex using a mixture of low air pressure, a little water and a safe inert fine granulate. Both water and air pressures can be adjusted specifically for each job. This is one of the most sensitive surface abrasion techniques that can be used to clean masonry and stone surfaces. The TORC has been designed to clean expansive areas and substrates. It is capable of cleaning intricate detailing that would otherwise be missed, or too fragile to clean with conventional abrasive cleaning methods that generally cause damage.
Typical uses for the TORC system include removal of carbon deposits from stonework and brick work. The TORC can also be used for the removal of graffiti, paint and limescale and can also be used to remove lime washes in some instances.
The system mix can be adjusted by using more or less water, more or less granulate, more or less pressure in order to suit the surface being worked on.
